Nations

"Nations" follows the basic definition we all know. Just a couple notes:

• Conquered nations (like Chile and Switzerland) should still get their own articles.
• In an exception to the "Use the most specific category" procedure, there should be significant-to-total inclusion of Category:Factions. A "nation" is an in-universe concept, while a "faction" is a concept relating to "playable nations in the game". So something can be in both.
