Procedures

Procedures are pages that standardize how certain things are done in Leviathans Wiki. Not as binding as policy, but a little stronger than guidelines. Once established, a procedure should be edited only after consulting with others and finding a consensus, except where policy changes require it or for minor housekeeping matters.
